Along with the fence, three Frangipani trees where transplanted, stored and maintained during this time and reinstated on completion.

History
The last remaining fence dating back to 1860’s once surrounded once grand home ‘Garth House’ later known as Holy Spirit Hospital. The fence is listed as a Local Heritage Place as it demonstrates a rare and uncommon aspect of the city’s local area’s cultural heritage as a reminder of Wickham Terrace’s prominence as a nineteenth century address.
